Our seminars are always an opportunity to take a step back from the previous months, to review our objectives, but also to project ourselves into the future. It’s what gives us that “something extra” in our approach to our business. This autumn, the Optimal Ways team headed off to Mont des Cats – a charming spot in the Hauts-de-France region from where you can contemplate the Pays de Flandres – for a seminar on the theme of internal tools. Continuous improvement is our compass, so we talked about the tools we use at Optimal Ways and how we can deepen our use of them. In small groups, we immersed ourselves in workshops orchestrated by our Technical Director and Consulting Director, who themselves included each other’s ideas in their presentations.
Seminars are all about discovering new places. This time, we headed up to the Mont des Cats Abbey, famous for its delicious cheese, among other things. This discovery would not have been possible without the warm welcome of Audrey and Nicolas from the Rasputin Social Club, a modern estaminet where you can take your time, have lunch, work and play – Audrey had reserved Flemish games for everyone’s enjoyment.
It was also an opportunity to celebrate 13 years of Optimal Ways. Thirteen years of evolution, of new ideas, of investment in our work for our customers, but also in our CSR approach. This autumn has given us much more than a breath of fresh air: it has given us new impetus for the year 2024!
