October saw the resumption of the Optimal Ways seminars with our autumn seminar. On this occasion, we were welcomed by Virginie and Emmanuel, our hosts at the Au Péché Mignon tearoom and crêperie. Located in Mont-de-l’Enclus (in Belgium), this newly-renovated place is a quiet place where you can enjoy nature. What’s more, Virginie and Emmanuel offered us an à la carte day, with breakfast and snacks prepared by themselves, and lunch from Thaï Gourmand, cooked by their neighbor.
Our hosts’ idea is to stay close to the local network, which fits in well with our CSR approach. The seminar focused on the agency’s rituals and routines. We discussed the best practices already in place and what could be improved: how can we further ensure the quality of our work for our customers?
On the afternoon of this sunny day, we went for a walk in the forest of Mont de l’Enclus, on the border between the Flemish and Walloon regions. There are several possible routes through these woods, with the main attraction being the three great giants. We recommend this walk if you’re in the area!
