At the heart of our approach based on excellence, sharing and benevolence, the Optimal Ways team came together for an energizing, gourmet seminar at l’Atelier pur, a bright, welcoming venue in Vieux Lille.

2023: Celebrating our achievements together! Taking stock of the past year, we revisited our key achievements for 2023. Innovative projects, fruitful collaborations and challenges successfully met have marked our journey. This moment of reflection strengthened our team cohesion.

Vision 2024: Stronger together

The seminar was also an opportunity to share our vision for the year ahead and to map out our roadmap for 2024. The aim of the workshop at the beginning of the year was to offer our customers solutions that are even more adapted, efficient and scalable.

Team feedback on the cooking workshop

At the heart of the day was the team cooking workshop and its balanced menu on the theme “Boost your energy”, highlighting teamwork and shared pleasure. The bonds forged during the cooking workshop and the perspectives opened up by our 2024 vision left a positive and lasting imprint on everyone’s mind. Feedback from the team was unanimous: the Atelier pur seminar created a memorable and inspiring experience. We look forward to continuing this journey with you, our customers and future employees, for a 2024 full of shared successes.
