For its summer seminar, the entire Optimal Ways team gathered at Les Prés du Hem on July 2. Based in Armentières, near Lille, the Prés du Hem park is a 120-hectare nature reserve with a 44-hectare artificial lake. The morning was devoted to presentations and discussions on knowledge management, to optimize the management of knowledge and know-how within the Optimal Ways Academy consulting agency and training center.
After a gourmet lakeside picnic featuring delicious truffle sandwiches prepared by Truffe & Baguette, Lille’s new “gourmet street food” hotspot, the team then enjoyed an introduction to giant paddleboarding.
It’s all about balance! The first few moments required a few adjustments, but then team spirit did the rest. The two crews skilfully circumnavigated the lake and returned to port in a “Koh Lanta” atmosphere!
