To get the new year 2021 off to a good start, the entire Optimal Ways team took part in a seminar at Maison Ititoca, a place of resourcing and inspiration launched in 2018 by Cédric Leprince-Ringuet on the banks of the Marque river in Wasquehal.
Ititoca stands for“It’s time to care“. The mission of the Ititoca team is to create links, to share, to shine the spotlight on great initiatives to raise awareness and inspire action, both for companies and individuals.
The day began with a vitality workshop, with each participant making a “Miam-Ô-fruit” recipe to get the day off to a good start. Made with fruit, oils and seeds, it’s the ideal breakfast!
After discussing plans and objectives for 2021, the Optimal Ways team then enjoyed an excellent vegetarian meal cooked by a chef. On the menu: boletus rissoto and chocolate cake.
After an inspiring presentation by Cédric on the state of our planet and the changes needed from an individual and collective point of view, the afternoon continued with a moment of creativity and sharing in the form of a café-théâtre featuring two superheroes to the rescue of the planet.
