As part of our CSR commitments and B Corp certification, in September 2024 we launched a brand new knowledge-sharing format for our customers: Breakfast & Learn! These convivial gatherings are the ideal opportunity to reinforce skills on key topics, in collaboration with our experts and partners. After previous editions dedicated to server-side use cases, campaign attribution measurement and consent optimization, we welcomed three Piano representatives for our December session: Samia Abara, VP Partnerships, Titus over de Linden, Solution Engineer and Thibault Gateclou-Marest, Sales Director. Piano offers an advanced Digital Analytics platform that is exempt from consent according to CNIL criteria. Samia and Titus shared some very interesting feedback on ecommerce journey analysis, using concrete examples of implementation based on the various Piano Analytics functionalities. In particular, this session enabled us to address the main points of analysis, such as entry pages, visit intent, product descent and the order tunnel. More than 20 participants were present in our offices, joined by another ten online. A big thank you to all for your presence and enthusiasm, which made this event a real success!
