The last six months have been groundbreaking, both professionally and personally. Going from being a novice in digital analytics to an active participant in major projects for leading companies has been not only an intense learning experience, but also an exhilarating one. Starting out as a beginner in digital analysis, I was initially overwhelmed by the complexity and depth of the field. Fortunately, this internship at Optimal Ways offered me a structured environment where learning was not only encouraged, but actively supported. Practical experience enabled me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-life situations, which considerably accelerated my understanding and mastery of the subject. One of the most remarkable aspects of this journey has been the constant support and encouragement from the team. Whether through regular feedback sessions, collaborative projects or simply by their availability to answer my questions, the team fostered an inclusive and caring environment.
This support system was crucial in boosting my confidence and enabled me to meet challenges head on. Working on projects for leading companies was both thrilling and educational. Regular interaction with team members and various stakeholders has honed my adaptability and problem-solving skills, enabling me to easily navigate complex situations.
Life at the agency has been incredibly rewarding, both professionally and personally. The seminars always included a team-building activity, whether it was cooking or a trip to the beach. The balance between rigorous professional development and fun, relaxing activities made my time here both rewarding and enjoyable. Beyond the work, the agency’s focus on creating a positive and enjoyable work culture through activities like team barbecues and social events (Positive Apéritif) has been truly remarkable and great for networking. One of my fondest memories is of breakfasts from Brice or Lesage, where we’d all gather in the kitchen to enjoy fresh croissants or pain au chocolat with coffee while sharing the highlights of the week.
These informal gatherings were a great way to start the day and helped strengthen bonds between colleagues, creating a real sense of community and camaraderie. Reflecting on the past six months, I feel a deep gratitude for the opportunities and experiences this internship has given me. The skills and confidence I have gained will undoubtedly serve me well in my future career. I couldn’t have wished for a better company to start my career in digital analysis.
